The workforce shortage is a significant bottleneck for economic development. Data from Real Time Talent suggests that it will be an issue for the foreseeable future.

The EDAMU committee is partnering with University of Minnesota Extension to offer an online symposium focused on this important topic. The format is designed to provide ample opportunities to learn about innovative approaches to addressing the workforce shortage and connect with other professionals at the intersection of workforce and economic development.
